1. High-Performance Driver Criteria
Drivers categorized as high performers are required to work 8 hours daily for 26 days per month, making the total monthly working hours no less than 208 hours. Additionally, they must work at least 4 hours during daily peak times, the timing of which is determined by the first party. If a driver joins in the middle of the month, they must be active for no less than 85% of the remaining days in that month. Drivers are required to work on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with leave days coordinated between Sunday to Wednesday. Only one day of leave is permitted during the last week of each month, subject to written approval from the first party. Drivers must also work during official holidays and public holidays.

2. Driver Leaves:
These leaves are clarified in the contract under Clause (10), which states:

1. The driver must work 8 hours daily for 26 days a month, totaling no less than 208 hours, except in cases of:
   • Force majeure.
   • Emergency circumstances.
   • Additional leave granted by the second party to its drivers, provided that:
     • Leave does not exceed 2 days per month per driver.
     • The total number of additional leave days does not exceed the total number of active drivers during the same month.
     • The second party must obtain approval from the first party when granting leave to drivers.

In addition to the contract clauses regarding high-performance drivers, a driver will be considered high-performing if they meet the following criteria:

1. Complete 400 or more orders during the month.
2. Have no more than one day of absence on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
3. Have no more than one additional absence day during the last week of the month, beyond the one permitted day.
4. Points 2 and 3 include complete absences or reduced hours compared to the daily hours specified in the contract.
5. Work for 26 days and exceed 208 working hours during the month.
